Dry Non-Wash Rice Cooker Kapika 'DP-3001'
Skin bran that cannot be removed by conventional milling is eliminated using a dry method (without water). Since no water is used, it reduces costs for wastewater treatment and maintenance of septic tanks.
The Kapika DP-3001 dry non-washing rice machine removes about 0.8% of the surface bran from white rice by weight without using any water or media, resulting in shiny, clean rice. Its processing capacity is 3000 to 5000 kg/h. 【Features】 ■ Almost no bran attached to the surface of the rice Since there is no dirt or bran on the surface of the rice, there are fewer bacteria, it is less prone to oxidation, and the occurrence of insects is extremely low. In addition to its long-lasting storage capability when placed in a rice container, the taste of the rice also improves. ■ Low cost, high yield, easy operation The durability of consumable parts is almost equivalent to that of vertical rice milling machines. Being dry, it can be installed at a low cost. The operation is the same as that of a rice milling machine, requiring no complicated procedures. It can operate simultaneously with a rice milling machine (interlocking type), allowing the polishing process to be completed within the milling time. The breakage during polishing is extremely low, resulting in a high yield. ■ Daily bran cleaning completed in 10 minutes The bran cleaning that took 60 minutes with older models can now be completed in 10 minutes due to the open structure, and the time required for resistance part replacement is reduced to about 1/5 to 1/6 of what it used to be. ■ Significant savings on washing water Compared to the amount of washing water used in regular rice milling, washing water is reduced to 1/5, leading to significant savings on water and sewage costs in commercial rice cooking.
